Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within an interdisciplinary team in a critical care environment.
Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice; delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity; collaborates effectively with team members; participates in performance improvement, research, and professional development; supports protocols and resource management; and advocates for patient safety and system policies.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care, a valid nursing license (preferably BSN), and certifications including BLS and ACLS. Must have strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in clinical technology.
Key Duties: Ensure safe, compassionate care; promote continuous improvement; serve as a preceptor/mentor; and uphold healthcare standards and organizational policies.
