We are seeking a dedicated nurse with at least two years of nursing experience to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
– Applying critical thinking and effective communication skills to deliver safe and effective care.
– Making decisive judgments and working independently with minimal supervision.
– Managing stress effectively and taking appropriate action in urgent situations.
Qualifications and Certifications:
– Department-specific credentials such as ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for chemotherapy administration.
– Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas.
– Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Pediatric units, excluding NICU.
– Fetal Monitoring certification through the National Credential Center or AWOHNN for L&D nurses.
– Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain required certifications.
