Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based standards, and adapt care to meet individual, cultural, and population-specific needs.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and document safe patient care, foster teamwork through effective communication, and support performance improvement initiatives. They serve as preceptors or mentors, promote evidence-based practice, participate in research activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. They proactively plan patient care, develop protocols, and optimize resource use.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years RN experience, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills are essential, along with proficiency in technology and a commitment to professional development.
