Key Responsibilities: Manage clinic processes, finances, inventory, and audits; lead and develop staff; ensure staff training and licensure; support physician relations; and facilitate patient care from admission to discharge.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of healthcare business operations experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
Additional Duties: Participate in hiring, staff evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain effective relationships with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
