Role Overview: As an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you will provide preventive maintenance services to vehicles, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will teach you skills such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light and wiper inspections, and an 18-point safety check.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and safety checks
- Assist customers by delivering excellent service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn
- Ability to read and understand training materials and instructions
- Fluency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various positions
- Flexibility to work weekends and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
