Dentist – Associate / Lead

Role Overview:
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive, high-quality dental care in a modern studio environment. Your responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a wide range of operative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures, with a focus on whole-person health, including sleep-disordered breathing and malocclusion. You may serve as an Associate Dentist or step into a Lead Dentist role, guiding clinical excellence and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver diverse dental treatments such as crowns, veneers, implants, and endodontics.
  • Conduct comprehensive exams and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
  • Identify and treat malocclusion and sleep-related breathing issues, promoting growth in aligner and sleep therapy services.
  • Manage a dynamic schedule, ensuring efficient patient flow and superior member experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Lead clinical training, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives (Lead role).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited institution with an active license and CPR/BLS certification.
  • Invisalign certification and comfort with digital workflows.
  • Associate Dentists: minimum 2 years post-residency experience; Lead Dentists: 6+ years and leadership experience.
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership abilities.
  • Willingness to adopt innovative technologies and participate in ongoing professional development.

Additional Details:

  • Physical ability to perform clinical procedures, including manual dexterity and vision requirements.
  • Compensation ranges from $175,000 to $425,000, with performance-based incentives.
