Role: Registered Nurse in a mixed unit of General Surgical, Oncology/Chemotherapy, and Hospice care.
Responsibilities: Provide safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; current Illinois RN licensure; CPR certification; chemotherapy/biotherapy certification within four years. Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree and one year of inpatient nursing experience.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
Key Duties: Deliver patient-centered care across diverse populations, work rotating shifts with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation, and adhere to licensure and certification requirements.
