Role: Registered Nurse in the Observation Unit
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care for short-term monitoring and treatment
Conduct comprehensive assessments and administer medications
Perform telemetry monitoring and coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families about care plans and safe discharge procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Current valid RN license
Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
Ability to monitor telemetry and coordinate care effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
