Role: Registered Nurse PCU responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a progressive care setting.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, perform procedures, administer medications, document care, and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with medical providers to support pre- and post-operative care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or enrolled in a program to obtain one within five years; current RN licensure; BLS certification; at least one year of nursing experience. Preferred credentials include a master’s degree and specialty certification.
Skills: Strong assessment, documentation, medication administration, and procedural skills. Knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical care equipment and protocols.
