Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, following evidence-based standards and professional practice models. They perform the nursing process, coordinate care, and partner with patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities: Include delivering individualized care, promoting teamwork and collaboration, participating in performance improvement and research initiatives, mentoring colleagues, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. They proactively plan patient care, contribute to protocol development, and support resource efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills: Require an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), current RN license (single-state or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 5 years of clinical experience.
