Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; active RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication and patient advocacy skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
Key Duties: Coordinate patient care, promote patient satisfaction, support quality improvement efforts, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment.
