Role Overview:
Manages accreditation-related administrative processes for regulatory standards such as The Joint Commission, DNV, DOH, and CMS across hospitals in the SW Service Area, including applications, corrective action plans, compliance assessments, investigations, and license renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee accreditation activities to ensure compliance
- Prepare and submit applications, reports, and corrective actions
- Conduct assessments and investigations related to regulatory standards
- Maintain ongoing compliance with key healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- Washington RN License
- Healthcare accreditation or quality certification within two years (e.g., HACP, CJCP, CPHQ)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Electronic Health Records
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Experience in performance assessment and improvement
- Supervisory experience
