Join as an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home healthcare services, evaluating clients and delivering therapy based on physician orders.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and planning patient care
- Managing and supervising therapy assistants and aides
- Coordinating therapy services and administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with state practice acts
Qualifications:
- Licensed or registered in Colorado as an Occupational Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligible for certification
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and transportation
