Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients.
- Collaborating with diverse care teams in units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
- Working across facilities to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the state or compact licensure.
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for ICU or specialized units.
- Certifications include BLS; ACLS for critical care roles.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients.
