Role Overview:
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-informed treatment/interventions for diverse patient populations.
They collaborate with patients and support systems to develop person-centered care plans across the care continuum, working closely with interdisciplinary teams in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Responsibilities include respecting patient self-determination, reducing health disparities, and adhering to professional ethical standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution or in candidacy status
- Current Oregon or Washington Clinical Social Worker License or equivalent for care delivery states
- At least 2 years of relevant social work experience
