Role: Traveling Dental Hygienist
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate dental care, including scaling, prophylaxis, x-rays, sealants, fluoride treatments, and patient education
- Assess dental and medical histories, review patient needs, and guide patients and parents through treatment plans
- Perform dental and periodontal charting, take and file x-rays, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Deliver same-day care to enhance patient experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current state Dental Hygienist license
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, including hands-on skills assessment
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
Key Duties: Providing high-quality dental services, educating patients on oral hygiene, assisting with dental procedures, and maintaining accurate charts. The role involves travel, flexibility, and delivering excellent patient care in various locations.
