We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting therapy evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based interventions.
- Educating patients and caregivers, managing discharge planning, and maintaining comprehensive documentation, billing, and scheduling.
- Supervising support staff, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and coordinating with physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Complying with organizational policies, professional ethics, and scope of practice.
- Providing flexible coverage across departments, supporting smooth transitions of care, and possibly serving as a clinical instructor or committee member.
Qualifications include:
- Current state licensure in physical therapy.
- Educational requirements of a degree from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
