Role: Physical Therapist in a facility-based setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver individualized physical therapy, and collaborate with team members. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve physical abilities. Focus on patient-centered care to restore, reinforce, and enhance mobility and overall wellness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state(s).
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
- Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
