Job Summary

The Nurse Manager in the GI Lab is responsible for overseeing safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by ensuring competent staffing in Med Surg and Outpatient Departments.
They collaborate effectively with administrative staff, physicians, and hospital teams to enhance communication, share data, and improve processes across departments.
The role involves resource utilization, meeting productivity and financial goals, and achieving customer service satisfaction.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an approved nursing school, with BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN license or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements.
• At least three years of nursing experience in procedural areas; leadership experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication and human relations skills, with clinical expertise in their area of responsibility.
