Licensed Practical Nurse – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our urgent care team. The role involves

administering and recording vaccines,

documenting patient conversations and medical information accurately and promptly,

maintaining efficient patient flow,

preparing patients for visits,

obtaining specimens such as urine and blood,

entering orders into lab systems,

performing clinical procedures like PFT, EKG, nebulizer treatments, medication administration, and immunizations,

and

discussing test results with patients per provider instructions.

Qualifications and skills:

Valid NYS LPN license
Previous experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech
Strong computer skills with EMR experience
Knowledge of nursing principles, infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols
Ability to assess patients appropriately and maintain discretion
