They assist in analyzing, planning, and implementing departmental processes, programs, and strategic plans to enhance operational, financial, and clinical effectiveness.
Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years clinical experience, and prior supervisory or management experience (preferred).
Required licenses include RN license and BLS.
Specific to the Post Surgical PACU, candidates should have ACLS and PALS certifications.
Additional requirements involve participation in orientation, competency validation, and ongoing education.
