Role Overview: This position combines leadership and hands-on nursing, serving as House Supervisor and Float Pool RN.
Responsibilities:
As House Supervisor, you will oversee clinical and administrative operations, coordinate staffing, manage patient flow, respond to urgent events, and support teams with clinical judgment. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, adapt to various units, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
– Graduate from nursing school
– Minimum three years hospital nursing experience
– Current RN license
– BLS and ACLS certifications
– Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience
