Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled, compassionate nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, following physician prescriptions and nursing standards.
Responsibilities:
– Deliver end-of-life care in community settings
– Support patients and families with dignity and professionalism
– Work autonomously in patients’ residences
Qualifications & Skills:
– Nursing degree from an accredited school
– Current RN license in the state
– Valid driver’s license and BLS CPR certification
– Preferred hospice or long-term care experience, especially related to death/dying and bereavement
