Position Overview:
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care delivered by team members. Coordinates patient care with other departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN)
– Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
– Completion of hospital-required competencies, certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS), and ongoing education
