Role: The Charge Nurse oversees department operations, providing leadership, mentorship, and support to direct patient care staff.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
– Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
– Current RN license in the relevant state or a compact license.
– BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS) may be necessary depending on the unit.
