Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs such as G-tube, Trach, and Vent support
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare services
- Using electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Experience preferred but not mandatory
