Registered Nurse – Part Time – Days

This role involves providing holistic, patient-centered nursing care based on biological, physical, behavioral, social, and cultural principles.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and safety risks.

Developing and updating individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and families.

Implementing evidence-based interventions, providing education, and responding to emergencies.

Evaluating care effectiveness and adjusting plans to improve outcomes.

Accurately documenting all nursing activities and patient responses.

Demonstrating leadership by mentoring peers, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and supporting professional growth.

Qualifications include a current Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification (and ACLS if in ICU/step-down), and a BSN within five years for nurses hired after January 2010. The role requires excellent communication, cultural competence, adaptability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. Experience is not mandatory, but strong knowledge of patient care, safety protocols, and collaboration is essential.
