Position Overview
- Department: Medical Intensive Care Unit
- Work Location: UAB St. Vincent’s East, Trussville, AL
- Schedule: Full-Time Nights (7pm-7am) or PRN Nights

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care following organizational policies and protocols
- Implement, monitor, and communicate patient care plans
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and serve as primary contact for patient needs
- Follow physician and nursing orders accurately
- Assist with discharge planning in collaboration with healthcare team
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed Registered Nurse with current Alabama licensure
- CPR (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school
