Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care in a telemetry unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management and post-treatment needs. Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural values.Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities.Use critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure effective communication across care teams.Support a safe environment, adhering to hospital protocols and standards.Qualifications & Skills:RN license required; nursing diploma or associate’s degree in nursing.Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing and <2 years of experience.Telemetry experience and BSN preferred.Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
