Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a senior living facility.
Follow physician’s orders, comply with regulations, and adhere to facility policies.
Administer medications (oral, SQ, IM, IV) as prescribed and document appropriately.
Supervise and guide nursing assistants and orderlies, ensuring tasks are completed accurately.
Assist physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments, providing patient care and support.
Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control standards, and ensure cleanliness and safety.
Support quality improvement initiatives and assist with patient records, assessments, and admissions.
Coordinate physicals and ensure timely documentation for new and existing patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current, valid North Carolina RN license.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
- CPR certification, with ongoing in-service training.
- Ability to supervise staff, make clinical decisions, and work collaboratively.
- Dependable, flexible, with patience, tact, and excellent communication skills.
