Home Infusion RN
Provides specialized nursing care in a home infusion setting, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include evaluating patient preferences, promoting culturally competent care, monitoring condition changes, updating plans, and advocating for patient-centered services.
This role involves regular local travel to patient homes and care sites, with flexibility for on-call duties, weekend and holiday rotations, and mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications include a nursing diploma or associate’s degree, RN license, and less than 2 years of experience; preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience.
