Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse – Part Time

The Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse provides hospital-wide emergency response for situations like Code Blue, Code White, and traumas, serving as a critical resource and educator for staff.

Responsibilities include

assessing and managing patient care,

educating patients and families on illness management and post-care needs,

promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance,

developing and communicating care plans,

and

evaluating physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

Qualifications include an RN license, a Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree, and minimum 2 years of Critical Care or ED experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. The role requires critical nursing skills and a safety-conscious approach, with shift flexibility.
