We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA’s disability benefits process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-person disability assessments for Veterans.
- Reviewing and analyzing electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
- Accurately documenting exam findings and completing required VA forms.
This role does not involve treatment or medication prescribing.
Qualifications and skills:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Psychology license.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based portals.
- Strong analytical, time management, and empathy.
Additional details:
- Part-time role, two days per week (Thursday & Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
- Caseload of approximately 4 Veterans per day.
- Provided equipment includes a computer and necessary documentation tools.
