Role Overview: Provides direct patient care involving assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develops and documents individualized care plans with goals in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.

Qualifications:
Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license.
Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred for higher education levels.
