Role: Physical Therapist (PT)
Responsibilities: Plan, develop, organize, and implement physical therapy services to promote residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being. Participate in discharge planning, resident assessments, and developing care plans. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, maintain treatment records and resident files, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Qualifications: Current NY license and registration as a Physical Therapist, with malpractice insurance and a good standing license. Passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with patience and flexibility.
Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, and dedication to resident care. Covid-19 vaccination encouraged but not mandatory.
