We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate patient care within a clinical setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and documenting nursing interventions.
- Monitoring patient conditions, interpreting vital signs, and administering medications safely using the Five Rights.
- Ensuring patient and staff safety by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards.
- Communicating effectively with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and resolve issues.
- Delegating tasks to healthcare assistants and verifying completion of delegated responsibilities.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Providing patient education and supporting a positive, healing environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
- College diploma in nursing.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving patient needs and healthcare practices.
