Role: Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients with complex needs such as G-tube and trach management
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare
- Utilizing electronic documentation via in-home tablets
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized patient care
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
