Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to provide high-quality care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments accurately
- Documenting resident care and assessments appropriately
- Reporting observations to charge nurses and supervisors
- Responding promptly to resident needs and concerns
- Preparing and monitoring resident assignments based on needs and staff competency
- Ensuring proper documentation of activities of daily living (ADLs) and meal intake
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Current RN license in good standing in New York State
- Desire to work with elderly, chronically ill, and disabled patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical, social, psychological needs, and infection prevention
- Ability to work cooperatively and demonstrate enthusiasm for resident care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
