Role: Respiratory Therapist (PRN) working in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based pulmonary care and diagnostic testing per physician orders and protocols. Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, and take accountability for performance. Seek continuous improvement in patient experience and professional growth, contributing to a high-performing team.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program, current BLS and ACLS certifications, with NRP and PALS certifications obtained within one year. Must be licensed in good standing as a Respiratory Care Practitioner and registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care. Minimum of 6 months respiratory care experience required.
Key Duties: Provide pulmonary care and diagnostic testing, maintain open communication, demonstrate accountability, and actively engage in team development.
