Role: Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) providing personalized patient care in home settings.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with care teams, assess clients, develop and implement care plans, train patients and families on safety and independence, and document care activities. Promote client independence and healing while ensuring safety and quality of care.
Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license in Maine, 1-2 years of experience, CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean driving record, and background check. Vaccinations for COVID (with booster) and flu are mandatory unless medically exempt.
Key Duties: Provide clinical and non-clinical care, evaluate clients, educate families, assist in care planning, and demonstrate competency in patient treatments. Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, empathetic care that fosters independence.
