Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN

Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) responsible for evaluating and providing skilled speech-language therapy in home settings, including single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.


  • Assess and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication issues, voice disorders, and those needing augmentative or alternative communication.

  • Work with patients affected by conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.

  • Qualifications:
    • Valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
    • Dependable transportation in good condition, capable of driving in all weather conditions.
    • Current SLP license in the state of employment.

    Key Duties: Provide speech therapy services in patient homes, evaluate communication and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient needs.
