Part-Time Radiology Technologist

The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic radiography, including fluoroscopic and digital imaging, following department policies and protocols. They operate equipment such as fluoroscopic and portable units, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, supplies, and documentation, participating in quality control and safety measures, and effectively communicating with patients of all ages. They utilize RIS and PACS systems for clerical and image management tasks, report equipment issues, and adhere to sterile techniques when necessary. The role requires current radiologic technology certification, ARRT registration, and BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include an associate degree in radiology, clinical experience, and bilingual abilities.
