Part Time Speech Language Pathologist

Role: Speech Language Pathologist responsible for providing skilled speech and language therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients, considering individual physical and age-related needs.
  • Conduct professional consultations to promote patient independence based on functional levels.
  • Manage a caseload across multiple areas, delivering patient-centered care in a home health setting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited program or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized training relevant to department needs.
  • Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Key Duties: Providing patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
