Speech Pathologist Role Overview
Responsibilities include:
Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges.
Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.
Tracking, documenting, and analyzing patient performance and responses to therapy.
Supporting patients through their communication recovery and celebrating their successes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Current licensure or certification per state regulations.
Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
