Role: The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, maintain standards of practice, coordinate patient care activities, and demonstrate professional growth and accountability in delivering quality nursing services.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- No experience required; new graduates are eligible.
Hospital experience and one year of hospital work are preferred for PRN roles. - Current RN license in the applicable state; multistate licensure preferred.
- BCLS certification required; advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
