Role Overview: Provides professional nursing care to patients, collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Performs nursing procedures, administers medications, prepares equipment for procedures, monitors and reports patient conditions, manages appointment flow, educates patients and families, maintains clinical supplies, and ensures proper specimen handling.
Qualifications: Active RN license in the practice state, effective communication skills, visual acuity, and ability to work the required hours. Prior experience in clinical settings is preferred.
