Key Responsibilities:
Partner with healthcare system leaders to demonstrate value and ensure customer retention. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance clinical services and develop clinical support materials. Establish and maintain relationships with key clinical groups and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and develop strategic clinical plans, including annual reviews and SWOT analyses. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to align efforts. Remain current with industry trends and competitive landscape. Ensure fiscal responsibility and resource management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree and active RN license. 12+ years of clinical or healthcare industry experience, with 6+ years in people management. Advanced clinical knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to influence decision-making. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

Compensation ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits.
