Role: Physical Therapist – Digital Health Specialist (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-clinic and telehealth physical therapy services for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
- Develop personalized care plans, measure patient outcomes using advanced software, and document evaluations and treatments.
- Deliver virtual care via digital platforms, including telehealth evaluations, assessments, and remote therapeutic monitoring.
- Collaborate with clinicians and support operations to optimize digital health services and meet patient needs.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and the Digital Health team to enhance remote service delivery.
- Maintain reporting, data analysis, and participate in program development and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and valid Florida state license (or in process).
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and effective communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states.
