Responsibilities include: supervising staff, participating in on-call rotations, ensuring regulatory and competency compliance, managing staffing, budgeting, and service recovery.
Qualifications: RN license with 2-5 years of experience, preferred Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience.
Skills and Duties: staff management, performance evaluations, data analysis, audit readiness, communication, and problem resolution.
