Role Overview: This PRN perioperative position involves providing first assistant support during surgeries, working closely with surgeons and the surgical team. The RNFA delivers intraoperative patient care, conducts pre-operative assessments, and develops individualized care plans.
Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons during procedures, ensuring patient safety and effective care. Perform preoperative assessments and communicate patient outcomes. Monitor patient responses, modify care plans, and administer medications. Collaborate with the surgical team to enhance efficiency and safety. Engage in professional development, uphold ethical standards, and contribute to team growth.Qualifications & Skills:
RN license with 2-5 years of experience. Required certifications include CNOR and Certified First Assistant. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Strong teamwork, assessment, and communication skills.
