We are seeking 1099 nurse practitioners (NPs) to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting pre-scheduled visits using structured workflows and pre-populated forms
Completing assessments without treatment plans, prescriptions, or follow-up calls
Submitting forms efficiently to complete each visit
Managing a high volume of patient assessments across multiple regions
Qualifications and skills required:
Active, unrestricted state NP license
Board certification in FNP, AGNP, or ANP
Reliable personal transportation
Availability for at least 60 hours per month
Open to new graduates without prior experience
